In what continues to be a very volatile business environment, ensuring adaptive change in business processes is critical to survival, and to growth.

Most business processes, collectively, become a deep seated part of the culture of a successful company, but that same culture is often described as "change resistant." As information technology continues to dominate, approaches to and customer expectations of those processes are ever higher and require a continuous - and often major - changes to business processes.

In order to stay on top of the issue, many successful CEOs have created corporate cultures, with "cultural mechanisms" to ensure their organization's front lines identify necessary changes sooner and then organically shift their processes to ensure them.

The focus of our Round Table's mini presentation and discussion will be on those Key Success Factors which our members have found to be effective when driving and ensuring the success of major processes and/or cultural changes within their companies.

As always, we'll be looking to hear - and discuss "What's Keeping You Up Nights?"

We'll also be serving  as a Strategic Advisory Board to ABL Member, Subbu Murthy, CEO of TimeWarper, as he makes his Member Presentation to the Table.

About the Adaptive Business Leaders (ABL) Organization:

ABL
is California’s leading Chief Execu tives’ Organization. ABL provides its Members with executive leadership coaching through its confidential peer CEO Advisory Board Round Tables and executive learning workshops and network of CEO peers and expert resources.  ABL supports the needs of its top-level Member Executives (CEOs of publicly traded, private and not-for-profit companies) by providing them a place to draw on the experience, knowledge and skill sets of their peers in a non-competing vertical industry personal advisory board setting. The core component of the ABL CEO Membership experience is the group Round Table meeting. Members meet once a month for a half day with a group of peer CEOs, Presidents, COOs and Division General Managers from non-competing companies all from the same industry (healthcare, technology or Medical Device) in a trusted and confidential board room like setting, which allows the executive Members to tackle topics and enhance their decision making and business performance.
