The company CEO or Division Head
responsible for the Innovation, must
approve the content of the Nomination
Application Packet and if selected as a
2012 Semi-Finalist, agree to record a 4-minute "Innovations Video Presentation" and submit it to the ABL Organization via DVD (to be presented at the ABBY Awards) no later than August 29, 2012 at 5:00pm. (Finalists will be determined in June 2012.)

must be available to attend and actively
participate in the Awards
Event on Thursday, September 27, 2012, at
(Southern California location to be
announced),
to be photographed, present their video,
and, if selected as a Finalist, to
accept their Finalist Award, and if
selected by the audience, and receive
their ABBY Award/s. |

All nominated Companies or their nominated Divisions must have an innovative [drug, device, HIT or telecom] technology that is already in the marketplace (and FDA approved, if necessary) or an approach to the delivery of healthcare with "success metrics" that prove it is contributing to lowering the cost of quality healthcare.

Previously nominated firms/divisions are encouraged to resubmit their nomination for a product, service or approach as long as it is
substantially different from an entry that has previously won an ABBY or was a Finalist in 2010 or 2011.
