All nominations must be submitted by 5pm on Friday, January 13, 2009!   2. The company CEO or Division Head responsible for the Innovation, must approve the content of the Nomination form, and if selected, be available to present, in person, to the Innovations In HealthcareSM audience on April 22, 2009!   3. All nominated Companies or their nominated Divisions must have a product, service or application of technology that is already in the marketplace, or approach to the delivery of healthcare with proven "success metrics" that is contributing to lowing the cost of quality healthcare.   4. Previously nominated firms/divisions are encouraged to resubmit their nomination for a product, service or approach as long as it is substantially different from an entry that has previously won an ABBY or was a Finalist in 2007 or 2008. 2007 Finalists Acclarent, Inc.
