T-Mobile: has licensed Cornerstone OnDemand's succession planning module to conduct future organizational planning down to the director level.

Career Builder:  CareerBuilder.com will use Cornerstone OnDemand to manage and track goals, performance reviews, and competency assessments. This functionality will help to better administer compensatory rewards and to proactively prioritize goals and performance.

United States Air Force:  USAF has selected Cornerstone OnDemand to manage and schedule instructor-led training courses. Additionally, USAF uses the Cornerstone OnDemand test engine to deliver assessments on training courses.

Equinox Fitness Clubs:  Equinox has chosen Cornerstone OnDemand for integrated learning and performance management. Equinox will utilize instructor-led training management, goals management, competency assessments, development plans and performance reviews.

Maxim Healthcare Services: Maxim Healthcare Services will employ the full range of Cornerstone’s learning management functionality including e-learning, instructor-led training and virtual training management capabilities for its internal employees and its external network of healthcare professionals.

Hanover Insurance Group: Hanover Insurance Group, formerly Allmerica, has selected Cornerstone OnDemand to deliver integrated learning and performance management.
