Primal Solutions’ EVP of Operations to Discuss Current State of Triple Play at VoIP Conference Irvine CA, January 23, 2006 - Primal Solutions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSOL.OB) today announced that Bob Richardson, executive vice president of operations, will participate as an expert panelist in a session titled “The Current State of Triple Play," at TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO East 2006 on January 25 at the Fort Lauderdale–Broward County Convention Center. INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference & EXPO, held January 24-27, 2006, is the world’s largest and best-attended VoIP trade show. Last October, the show drew over 7,000 buyers and sellers of VoIP products and services to Los Angeles. For this upcoming January show, TMC projects total attendance to exceed 8,000. “Internet Protocol (IP), convergence, competition, fundamental changes in network technologies, and new business models are driving dramatic transformations in the structure and economics of communications and the delivery of new media," said Richardson. “The increasing popularity of IP-based services and Triple Play offerings creates complex transactions and drives this growing need for comprehensive IP transaction management." Primal Solutions’ ability to respond to IP transaction challenges led to the development of its flagship offering, IP Correlytics™. This extensible offering marries IP transaction management with advanced correlation analytics. With IP Correlytics, providers have an integrated toolset for profitably managing transactions created by VoIP, multimedia and “converged" wireless-to-wireline offerings, Internet Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) messaging, blended content and the myriad of interactions with third parties that may be required to offer these services. “We are very pleased that Bob Richardson will be participating in this year’s show. Primal Solutions is widely recognized as the leader in IP Transaction platforms, and I am confident that our attendees will appreciate and value the opportunity to hear Bob’s perspective on Triple Play," said TMC president and conference co-chair, Rich Tehrani. “Over the past twelve months, widespread adoption of VoIP by global service providers, businesses and governments has reinforced this exciting technology as a viable, cost-effective communications solution. As a result, we are seeing a significant number of senior-level executives attending INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO as a means of learning about the technology so they too can take advantage of its benefits."
