BendBroadband
Launches New Services Using Primal Solutions IP Correlytics(TM) Platform
Cable
Operator Completes Triple Play Using Leading IP Transaction Platform
From Primal Solutions
Irvine CA,
February 20, 2006 - Primal Solutions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSOL.OB)
the leading provider of IP transaction platforms, today announced that
Oregon-based BendBroadband has successfully launched new voice services
enabled by Primal Solutions' flagship IP Correlytics platform.
Primal Solutions collaborated closely with BendBroadband to tailor an IP
Correlytics solution to precisely support their VoIP services needs. The
solution interoperates with Nortel's SoftSwitch, Sigma Systems' order
management system, IP Unity Unified Mail Platform and Level3's public
switched telephone network (PSTN).
"Our network serves as a foundation for both today's voice, video
and data products and for future convergent and interactive applications
that many have only started to imagine possible," said Paul Azar,
BendBroadband's vice president of voice and commercial services.
BendBroadband chose Primal Solutions on the basis of Primal's unique
track record of providing transaction management solutions to major
cable operators and on the strong recommendations of service and
infrastructure providers who have worked with Primal Solutions.
"Primal Solution's platform enables our clients to view their voice
transactions on-line and verify their charges instantaneously. No other
operator in Central Oregon is offering this capability and we're proud
to have chosen Primal to provide BendBroadband this advanced
solution," added Mr. Azar.
Now integrated with BendBroadband's existing billing platform, IP
Correlytics collects and rates transactions for billing purposes and
makes views of transaction data available in the right formats for a
range of users -- from end customers, via web interface, to CSRs and
business managers who need to ensure transaction accuracy, service
quality and a superior customer experience.
In addition to enabling BendBroadband to collect, track and monetize
transactions, the IP Correlytics platform also archives all transaction
data created whenever customers use BendBroadband voice services -- no
matter how complex or feature rich. This will make transaction data
available for third party settlements and reconciliation and for a
variety of other business management and decision maker purposes.
"We are pleased that BendBroadband sought us out for their solution
based on the results we've achieved serving other cable operators,"
said Sam Gilson, Primal Solutions' senior vice president of sales.
"Our success at BendBroadband, as with each of our clients, is a
result of combining the right mix of people, processes, services and
great technology to create a solution that exactly fits each client's
needs."
