Cable Operator Completes Triple Play Using Leading IP Transaction Platform From Primal Solutions

Irvine CA, February 20, 2006 - Primal Solutions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSOL.OB) the leading provider of IP transaction platforms, today announced that Oregon-based BendBroadband has successfully launched new voice services enabled by Primal Solutions' flagship IP Correlytics platform.

Primal Solutions collaborated closely with BendBroadband to tailor an IP Correlytics solution to precisely support their VoIP services needs. The solution interoperates with Nortel's SoftSwitch, Sigma Systems' order management system, IP Unity Unified Mail Platform and Level3's public switched telephone network (PSTN).

In addition to enabling BendBroadband to collect, track and monetize transactions, the IP Correlytics platform also archives all transaction data created whenever customers use BendBroadband voice services -- no matter how complex or feature rich. This will make transaction data available for third party settlements and reconciliation and for a variety of other business management and decision maker purposes.
