Company Moves Location to Accommodate Growing Network of 24/7 Doctor House Call Services for Chronically Ill Elderly Patients

CALABASAS (March 1, 2006) – Care Level Management (CLM), pioneers of the Personal Visiting Physician, a new system of care providing round-the-clock access to doctor house calls, is moving its corporate headquarters to a larger office space at 5700 Canoga Avenue in Woodland Hills, Calif., on March 3. The majority of the new 36,922-square-foot location will be dedicated to expanded staff work areas for patient and physician support services.

The move is a direct result of the company’s rapid growth due to the success of its Personal Visiting Physician delivery system of care for chronically ill elderly, specifically with the recent launch of a three-year Medicare pilot project to service 15,000 beneficiaries in California, Texas and Florida.
