NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES
Broadcore, Inc. COO, Dean Manzoori, Joins ABL Organization Orange, CA — July 30, 2009 — Dean Manzoori, Co-Founder and COO of Broadcore, Inc., has joined the Adaptive Business Leaders Organization (ABL). As part of California’s leading vertical-industry Chief Executives’ Organization, ABL Members provide one another with executive leadership coaching through its confidential, professionally-facilitated, peer-CEO Advisory Board Round Tables, executive learning workshops, network of CEO peers, and expert resources. Launched in 2004, Broadcore, Inc. is an innovative, nationwide Hosted Unified Communications-as-a-Service (CaaS) provider of business-class Telephony and Unified Communications services. There, Dean leads a team of engineers, support representatives, project implementation managers and coordinators responsible for design, integration, implementation, support and maintenance of Broadcore's managed communications service offering. “For years our Members have been hearing about – and more recently, developing their own – pay-as-you-go ‘Software-as-a-Service’ model approaches to deploying software, like Salesforce.com,” noted Mimi Grant, President of the ABL Organization. “What Dean brings to his Round Table, and the ABL Organization, is his deep expertise in Communications-as-a-Service. There can be little doubt that as the economy – and new company formation – heats up, innovative start-up entrepreneurs (as well as value-oriented CEOs of existing companies) will look to the cost-effectiveness of Hosted Telephony as a valuable enterprise solution.” Broadcore provides hosted Unified Communications and VoIP Telephony, providing hosted PBX phone system services, Hosted Recording Services, voice/data T1s, SIP Trunking, broadband Internet, local numbers, free local and nationwide long-distance services, free multiparty conferencing services and virtual office capabilities. Broadcore combines the solid reliability of traditional telephony with the flexibility, feature-richness and efficiency of Hosted Telephony. As a result, Broadcore offers a comprehensive Hosted Unified Communications service allowing customers to eliminate on-premise equipment and issues associated with owning, maintaining and upgrading hardware-based PBX systems. The Broadcore service also consolidates multiple vendors, telco services and monthly bills. With a staff that includes over 30 professional engineers, Broadcore has installed more than 100,000 stations to date for customers who include airlines, brokerages, law firms, medical companies, and ambulatory care services. Prior to his current post, Dean was Vice President of Service at NextCom, where he played an instrumental role in keeping the company ahead by delivering technologically advanced solutions. Dean started his professional career as an Electrical Engineer at Teledyne Solid State Relays. He earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering, with distinction, from California State University at Long Beach in 1986, when he also received the Scholar of the Year Award from the Electrical Engineering Department. He is a self-made entrepreneur who started "without a dime in his pocket."
About the Adaptive Business Leaders (ABL) Organization
The core component of the CEO Membership experience is the group Round
Table meeting. Members meet once a month for a half-day with a group of
peer CEOs, Presidents, COOs and Division General Managers from
non-competing companies, all from the same industry (healthcare,
technology or medical device), in a trusted and confidential board
room-like setting, which allows ABL Members to tackle topics and enhance
their decision making and business performance. Topics include:
developing and honing new business strategies and best practices, new
lines of business, “A-players” on the management team, and an effective
board of directors, as well as understanding trends in new markets,
mergers and acquisitions, compensation, and other “hot” topics brought
to the Round Tables by the Members themselves. ABL's Chief Executive Leadership Development Round Table program is currently offered in California's Greater Los Angeles, Orange, San Francisco and Santa Clara County areas.
